Remove grease, dust and dirt by washing down with liquid sugar soap as per label directions. If mould is present treat with proprietary mould killer as per label directions. If wallpaper has been stripped all wallpaper paste should be removed. All loose, peeling and flaking material must be removed. Fill holes and cracks with a suitable filler. Sand the surface smooth with 150 or 180 grit sandpaper. Remove sanding dust and apply the appropriate preparatory product. Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry before painting. Stir paint thoroughly with a flat stirrer until contents are uniform and thoroughly mixed. Thin with up to 20% water if required. Apply by airless spray or roller. A brush should only be used for cutting in.
