Product Description

PFL Epoxy Sealer is a highly durable sealer for use on interior concrete floors. PFL Epoxy Sealer forms a hard surface coating that displays excellent impact resistance, and will protect the concrete for many years. Designed and made in New Zealand, this water based epoxy contains less than 30g/L VOC. Components are simply combined in equal quantities, yielding a low viscosity, damp tolerant sealer which is very easy to apply.

Installation and Maintenance

Concrete must be a minimum of 28 days old, and dry with no residual moisture.
Prepare concrete surface using PFL Surface Preparation, then apply PFL Neutraliser and Cleaner and remove any residual moisture (internally this is done usually with a wet and dry vacuum).  Allow to dry.  
Apply minimum two coats of PFL Epoxy Sealer, with roller.
