The Featurecraft (ex- Zenthe) acoustic and non-acoustic batten system consists of feature battens for ceilings as well as straight or curved walls.
The smart mounting system features aluminium cross rails that hold the acoustic panels into place and clip-in sections. This allow for the feature battens to be simply clicked into place at the desired spacings. This system makes a feature out of any project while keeping installation time and costs to a minimum.
Feature battens are available in a range of materials and profiles. The male and female aluminium track is screw fixed into the back of the batten and the front of the horizontal track.
All timber is coated with a clear intumescent finish to achieve Group 1S fire rating. The timber is dressed to 4x standard sizes and a rebate machined into the back to provide the space for the ZBI (batten infill) to be fitted.
Please note: while these timber battens are available in a number of timber species through Featurecraft, this EnviroSpec listing is limited to the FSC and PEFC certified offering. At the time of generating this product profile, this includes the species listed below, however please consult with Featurecraft to confirm the species you are specifying falls within the FSC range.
