Installation and Maintenance

All Forbo floor coverings should be installed in accordance with NZS/AS 1884 by a qualified installer with the correct tools and methods. Sub-floors should be dry, rigid and smooth. A special adhesive, Megabond, is recommended for installation.  Regular vacuuming with a rotating brush is recommended. Spills should be scraped or sponged up and treated with plain water first. Thereafter an appropriate cleaning agent like Flotex Clean-It should be utilized. Thorough rinsing before drying is essential.
