Quietspace® 3D Tiles - Open the realms of acoustic design flexibility with Quietspace® 3D Tiles; a modular acoustic wall tile designed to create a contemporary finish and add simple and effective acoustic control to any interior environment. Lightweight and semi-rigid, Quietspace 3D Tile redefines sustainable design whilst reducing reverberated sound and controlling background noise. Made from 100% polyester and containing a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled material, Quietspace 3D Tile is completely safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-irritant and certified low VOC.

Ceiling Tiles - Quietspace Ceiling Tiles are a new generation of acoustic ceiling tile.  Made from polyester fiber, they are engineered for superior sound absorption and balanced acoustic design.  Quietspace Ceiling Tiles are available in a range of standard sizes and edge details to fit into standard suspended grid systems allowing for ease of specification and installation. 100% recyclable and containing a minimum of 65% post-consumer recycled material (PET bottle flake).

Quietspace® Panel - An ideal alternative to fabric wrapped frames. Quietspace Panel is lightweight, semi-rigid, impact resistant and incredibly durable allowing interior designers to explore new horizons whilst achieving high levels of absorption. Quietspace Panel is made from 100% recyclable polyester and is manufactured under Autex’s ISO 14001 accredited Environmental Management system. Quietspace Panel contains a minimum of 45% post-consumer recycled material (PET bottle flake).

Vicinity - Vicinity Desk Screens are elegant, lightweight, 100% polyester acoustic screens designed to be fixed non-destructively to any desk via the Vicinity Desk Clamps. The range of flat screens offer classic, simple contemporary shapes and a smooth finish. Vicinity pressed screens have a sophisticated, minimalist embossed design.

Technical and Environmental Benefits

• Complies with multiple Green Building Rating systems - Autex GreenTag certified products can be used to claim points in Green Star NZ and Homestar projects. The DECLARE and Red-list free status also allows to comply with Living Building Challenge imperatives.  (refer to Green Building Info tab).
• Low VOC and low Formaldehyde - Autex have had all Interior Acoustics products tested by an independent laboratory. VOC limits were significantly below the GBCA requirements with Formaldehyde and other carcinogens not present within detectable limits.
•  Effective noise control without design compromise - Autex Interior Acoustic products are designed to reduce reverberated noise in building interiors. Each product has been independently tested for acoustic (NRC) performance at Auckland University (Uni Services). Acoustic performance results are detailed in the individual product Datasheets.
• Simple to install, easy to maintain - Autex Interior Acoustic products are lightweight and easy to handle, with no frames or separate finishing elements for quick, easy installation.
• Non-Irritant, and Non-Allergenic - All Autex Interior Acoustic products are made from 100% polyester fiber, making them safe, non-toxic, non-irritating and non-allergenic.
• Recyclable - Autex Interior Acoustic products contain a certain amount of already recycled polyester fiber made from used and recycled PET plastics. Because they are single-material products, Quietspace products require less energy to assemble and are fully recyclable.

Installation and Maintenance

Refer to the installation details and Cleaning Guides available to download from the Autex website. Quietspace products are durable and require little attention to maintain their good looks. Light dusting on a regular basis will prevent dust build up and most marks can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution followed by rinsing and blotting. Individual stains should be dealt with in accordance with the Cleaning guide available to download from the Autex website.
