Product Description

Fairview Thermal Linear 40 is a thermally broken double glazed aluminium window with ‘Thermal break’ technology. This ensures the aluminium is more robust to changes in temperature. Thermal windows are able to withstand the harshest weather conditions, but flexible enough to hold larger-sized glass panels. The combination of flush surfaces, square shapes and timber liners gives the TL40 suite a clean modern aesthetic. Best when a modern, flat aesthetic is required and/or where a standard liner finish is required, TL 40 is designed for residential environments where improved thermal performance is important.

TL40 blends seamlessly with the Fairview Architectural ranges for maximum design advantages and comes in a complete product range consisting of fixed and hinged options, including awning, casement, bi-fold and sliding windows, and stacking doors.

Glazing options - Glazing capability of 18mm to 30mm (min-max).
