Technical and Environmental Benefits

Prefinished bamboo flooring is easily and quickly installed without the mess and delay of sanding and polishing. It can be overlaid over existing surfaces provided there is a solid and even base and the floor can be walked on immediately after installation. Pre-finished bamboo flooring can assist to conserve forests by consuming less slow growing timber in the top wear layer and using fast growing sustainable species from the core and reinforcing layer, in comparison to solid timber flooring of equivalent quality to the top layer.
