Amtico luxury vinyl tiles are the perfect flooring for dining areas, hallways and lounges in both commercial and residential spaces. Amtico LVT offer an attractive and affordable alternative to hard flooring, with the added benefits of superior sound absorption and warmth underfoot. The Amtico LVT collection is resilient and resists indentations. Amtico flooring is distributed by Belgotex in New Zealand and manufactured in Coventry, England.

• Amtico Signature 2.5mm LVT: this range consists of wood, stone, and abstract designs, with a range of emboss finishes, and tile sizes suitable for residential or commercial use. The flooring has a total thickness of 2.5mm, with a 1.0mm wear layer. Amtico Signature is also suitable for underfloor heating. 

• Amtico Signature 3.5mm Acoustic LVT: a variety of attractive designs, with a range of emboss finishes and tile sizes, suitable for residential or commercial use.  The flooring has an additional acoustic backing, reducing impact noise by 18 decibels. The flooring is also suitable for underfloor heating.

• Amtico Marine LVT: a collection of specifically designed, and IMO certified for marine vessel use. The Amtico Marine collection consists of wood, stone, and abstract designs. The flooring has a total thickness of 2.0mm with a 0.55mm wear layer. Amtico Marine LVT is resistant to abrasion, stable under sunlight, and easy to clean and maintain.

• Signature First is a collection of luxury vinyl tiles, honed to meet the challenges of residential and commercial projects. Amtico First achieves a highly realistic finish. First has a total thickness of 2.0mm with a 0.3mm wear layer.

• Spacia is a streamlined collection suitable for the complex needs of commercial projects. The floors total thickness is 2.5mm and wear layer it 0.55mm.

Installation and Maintenance

• Stop dirt at the doorway with an effective barrier matting
• Daily vacuum, sweep or damp mop with neutral floor cleaner
• Scrub using a low speed machine with a red buffing pad to remove scuff marks and restore the floors surface
• Use a low speed machine clean for heavy soiling with a black pad
